Do I have to create a user account?
Yes, if you want to apply for one of our courses you need to create a user account in our course registration portal (ConfTool) first. Do not forget to confirm your e-mail address. Otherwise your application cannot be processed.
I did not receive an e-mail to confirm my e-mail address - what shall I do?
After you have submitted your details in our course registration portal, you will receive an automatically generated e-mail to validate your e-mail address. If you can find it in your e-mail account, please check your spam folder.
You should always make sure that our e-mail address will be accepted by adding us to your contact list. Otherwise our e-mails could be filtered and transferred to your spam folder.
If you cannot find the e-mail even in your spam folder please contact us at email@example.com
Applications without validated e-mail addresses cannot be considered!
I forgot my password or user ID
If you forgot your password or user ID please go to the main page of our course management tool (Conftool) and click on "Forgotten your user name?" or "Forgotten your password?", respectively.
How can I delete my account?
Deletion of an account is only possible if there is no accepted course registration. If you want your account to be deleted please send us a request at firstname.lastname@example.org
